Find The Right Pathway For You

Not every separation looks the same, and not every pathway suits every situation. In your first call with us, we'll listen, ask the right questions and help you understand your options - so you move forward with clarity rather than guesswork.

Our Services

FDR - Parenting Mediation

When children are involved, getting the parenting arrangements right matters than than anything else. During your parenting mediation, we share research-based guidance to help you both co-parent successfully from day one. An agreement reached through mediation gives your children the stability they need to thrive - and gives you both a working foundation for the years ahead.

Property Settlement

Before your property mediation session, we'll arrange a consultation to get a clear picture of where things stand. Full financial transparency is essential - it protects both parties and ensures any agreement reached is fair and durable. We guide you through the four-step settlement process, the same steps the Family Court would apply, but without the cost and delay of litigation.

3

Child Inclusive Mediation

Children have a voice in decisions that affect them - but they shouldn't be decision makers, and they should never be placed in the middle of parental conflict. Our Child Inclusive Mediation gives children the opportunity to speak with our qualified Child Inclusive Mediator before the parenting session. Their views are then shared as feedback with both parents, so the parenting arrangements reflect what actually works best for each child, and the family as a whole.

4

Separate Smartly

Make a time to speak with us about your current situation, your concerns and your hopes for the future once your separation is finalised. Either together or individually, we can help you make important decisions about the different pathways to resolution plus give you plenty of guidelines to follow so you don't end up even more conflicted. Feel empowered by having updates  research and information at the forefront of your journey. You won't regret it.

5

Intake & Preparation

Before mediation begins, each party completes a confidential intake appointment, usually via zoom. This is your opportunity to share any safety concerns with your mediator, outline your situation, and tell us what you hope to achieve. Everything discussed is strictly confidential. Sharing this information will assist your mediator to help you navigate any conflict.

Co-Parenting Strategies

We don't automatically become great co-parents. New strategies and skills are required to move successfully into raising children in two homes. We can help lay out a future plan that is built around your work, lifestyles, the children's needs and activities while still keeping appropriate boundaries in place for you and the other parent.

Contact us now to discuss your needs and set up an appointment. Either individually or together.
