Our Services

FDR - Parenting Matters

During your parenting mediation, we can share well researched information with you both that will help put you on the co-parenting pathway successfully. People who separate don't automatically have the skills and knowledge at their finger tips to co-parent well.

As a parent - your input now and the success of your mediation in forming an agreement, will ensure your child reaches adulthood with the ability to make good choices, be resilient to the obstacles that come their way and use the knowledge that you taught them, to live their best lives.

Mediation for Property

Book in for your 15 min phone consultation to give the mediator an idea of where you are at with your property matters. If you decide to proceed, we shall then organise a longer session to explain the process of a financial mediation and the type of information required to settle your matter, when we come together at the mediation.  Full transparency is vital to ensure neither of your are disadvantages in any way when we take you through the four steps of a settlement, as would happen if you took the matter to Court.

3

The Child's Voice

Family courts must consider a child's views in parenting cases, but these views are just one factor in determining the child's best interests, not the deciding factor, with safety, developmental needs, and the benefit of a relationship with both parents being paramount. Children are heard, but they are not expected to be decision-makers, as this may put them in the middle of the parent's conflict. We offer a reduced Child Inclusive opportunity for the children to speak with our Child Inclusive Mediator, prior to mediation. That information is then given as feedback to the parents at the mediation so they make parenting arrangements that best suit the child or children.

4

Separate Smartly

Make a time to speak with us about your current situation, your concerns and your hopes for the future once your separation is finalised.

Either together or individually, we can help you make important decisions about the different pathways to resolution plus give you plenty of guidelines to follow so you don't end up even more conflicted.

Our initial consultation will set the tone for the ongoing mediation and settlement agreements we aim to help you with.  Feel empowered by having updates  research and information at the forefront of your journey. You won't regret it.

5

Book Your Intake & Mediation

After your initial 15 min phone consultation, and once mediation is proceeding, we shall book an intake appointment by zoom. Your intake is the opportunity to share with your mediator any safety concerns you have and to provide feedback on the current situation and what you hope to gain from the mediation. It is strictly confidential between yourself and the mediator.

Co-Parenting Strategies

We don't automatically become great co-parents. New strategies and skills are required to move successfully into raising children in two homes. We can help lay out a future plan that is built around your work, lifestyles, the children's needs and activities while still keeping appropriate boundaries in place for you and the other parent.

Contact us now to discuss your needs and set up an appointment. Either individually or together.
